UNPLUGGING THE EGR COOLER — 07-24 CUMMINS 6.7L

5 MINACCESSORIES3 STEPS

If you are running emissions-off tuning on a 2007.5–2024 RAM 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins but leaving the EGR cooler in place, unplug these three connectors so the truck throws no warning codes. The supplied plugs cap the open connectors.

Steps

1 Unplug the two connectors in front of the brake fluid reservoir

On the driver side of the engine. Both are arrowed in the photo.

2 Unplug the EGR cooler servo

The connector on the servo by the valve cover, circled in the photo.

3 Unplug the connector on the back of the throttle valve

It sits on the rear of the throttle valve, pointing toward the engine block. This is the last one.
